One day after the President-Elect takes his oath of office a Women's March on Washington DC is taking place.
Women from all over the country will participate in the march to further equality for women. In an effort to show solidarity, the PUSSYHAT PROJECT was launched. Knitters are encourage to create Pussyhats (pink hats with cat ears) and wear them during the march. Or make the hats and send them to the march. There is a free pattern available so you can knit your contributions too.
